Outside of Ms. Ayotte\u2019s accounting profession, she also serves as President of Women in Mining \u2013 Montreal. Since 2008, Ms. Ayotte developed extensive mining knowledge, specifically in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). &nbsp;Among the many mining clients, she worked with, Ms. Ayotte had been an important member of the team working on the Arianne account from 2016 to 2021 serving, most recently, as audit director. \u201cGenevi\u00e8ve is an experienced professional with an intimate knowledge of Arianne,\u201d said Dominique Bouchard, Executive Chairman of Arianne Phosphate.&nbsp; \u201cShe will be an asset as we continue our discussions with potential partners to participate in bringing the Lac \u00e0 Paul project into production.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cArianne would like to thank Pier-\u00c9lise for her many years of dedicated service, most recently as our CFO. We wish her success in her new endeavors,\u201d said Jeffrey Beck, CEO of Arianne Phosphate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In conjunction with Mrs. Ayotte joining the Company, Arianne announces a grant of 200,000 stock options. Each Option entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company until September 30, 2032 at a price of $0.395 per share, this being the closing price of the Company\u2019s shares on the trading day preceding the date of the grant. The Options are subject to a vesting period and are also subject to regulatory approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualified<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>Person<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Raphael Gaudreault, eng., Qualified Person by NI 43-101, has approved this release.
