SAGUENAY, QUEBEC – (February 16 , 2017) – Arianne Phosphate (the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cArianne\u201d) (TSX VENTURE: DAN; OTC: DRRSF; FRANKFURT: JE9N)<\/strong>, a development-stage phosphate mining company, advancing the Lac \u00e0 Paul project in Quebec\u2019s Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, is pleased to announce the signing of a memorandum of understanding (\u2018\u2019MOU\u2019\u2019) with Constructions Proco Inc. (\u201cProco\u201d). The agreement will cover structural and architectural engineering, steel fabrication and construction of the mill process and utilities buildings and, on-site stock pile storage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOur Lac \u00e0 Paul project stands to greatly benefit from Proco\u2019s experience, a company from the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region. This selection fits into Arianne\u2019s commitment to advance the project towards development while maximizing the local economic benefits,\u201d said Jean-S\u00e9bastien David, Arianne\u2019s Chief Operating Officer. \u201cOver the past many months, Arianne has been working with potential suppliers for key aspects of the project to provide the necessary technical, engineering and construction services required to develop the Lac \u00e0 Paul project. The agreement with Proco fits directly into this plan as they are a recognized leader in Canada for the construction of major industrial and mining facilities.\u201d
\u201cWe acknowledge that many projects faced undue challenges as a result of not having fully addressed the important aspects before the beginning of construction,\u201d noted Brian Ostroff, CEO of Arianne. \u201cOur last few months have been all about answering the questions and moving the project from shovel-ready to shovel-ready with cost and scheduling certainty. This has allowed us to work with specialists in various aspects of the project and put together a very comprehensive plan.
