SAGUENAY, QUEBEC – (June 12, 2015) – Arianne Phosphate (the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cArianne\u201d) (TSX\u00a0 VENTURE: DAN) (FRANKFURT: JE9N) (OTCBB: DRRSF)<\/strong>, a development-stage phosphate mining company, advancing the Lac \u00e0 Paul project in Quebec\u2019s Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, along with the\u00a0 First Nations Innu from Pessamit, Essipit and Mashteuiatsh are pleased to announce today the signing of a Cooperation Agreement for the Lac \u00e0 Paul Mining project.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Chairman of the board of directors of Arianne Phosphate, Mr. Pierre Fitzgibbon, welcomed the approval of the Agreement, \u201cWe appreciate the interest expressed by the First Nations towards our phosphate project and the willingness to see Lac \u00e0 Paul progress. This agreement better positions\u00a0 Arianne to grow, for the betterment of all of our stakeholders including those in the Innu communities.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the signature of the Collaboration Agreement complete, the parties are looking in the following months to finalize the specifics to be included in the Impact and Benefit Agreements (IBAs).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Going forward, Arianne will continue to advance its Lac a Paul project. The Company continues to look at initiatives to optimize its mining plan and further reduce costs associated with the production of its high purity phosphate concentrate. The Company also is continuing its dialogue with the BAPE and the\u00a0 Government in order to receive its Ministerial Decree to build and operate its Lac a Paul Mine.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About Arianne Phosphate <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arianne Phosphate (\u201cArianne Phosphate Inc.\u201d) (www.arianne-inc.com<\/a>) is developing the Lac \u00e0 Paul phosphate deposits located approximately 200 km north of the Saguenay\/Lac St. Jean area of Quebec,\u00a0 Canada. These deposits will produce a high quality igneous apatite concentrate grading 39% P2O5 with\u00a0 little or no contaminants. The Company has 95,325,755 million shares outstanding.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
