SAGUENAY, QC (June 18, 2014) \u2013 Arianne Phosphate (the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cArianne\u201d) (TSX VENTURE: DAN)\u00a0 (FRANKFURT: JE9N) (OTCBB: DRRSF)<\/strong>, a development-stage phosphate company advancing the Lac \u00e0 Paul Phosphate\u00a0 Project in Qu\u00e9bec\u2019s Saguenay region, is pleased to announce that it has secured a favourable power agreement with the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources. The agreement confirms that 115-MW of power from Hydro-Qu\u00e9bec will be made available for the Lac \u00e0 Paul Project at a preferential and reduced rate (Rate L). Details of the agreement were laid out in a letter to Arianne dated May 21, 2014.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agreement further strengthens the economics of the Lac \u00e0 Paul Project, allowing the Company to produce its high quality phosphate concentrate at favourable operating costs.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
