Saguenay, Qu\u00e9bec, June 3, 2013 <\/strong>\u2013 <\/strong>Arianne Phosphate Inc. (the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cArianne\u201d) (TSX VENTURE: DAN),\u00a0 (FRANKFURT: JE9N), (OTCBB: DRRSF) announces the grant of a total of 225,000 stock options (collectively, the \u00a0\u201cOptions\u201d) to a recently appointed Board Director, Siva J. Pillay (200,000 Options), CFO of Ocean Partners in \u00a0London, U.K. and to an employee (25,000 Options), of the Company, the whole in accordance with Arianne\u2019s stock option plan (the \u201cPlan\u201d) and stock option grant policy (the \u201cPolicy\u201d). \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each Option entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company until June 3, 2023 at a price of \u00a0$1.25 per share, being the closing price of the the Company\u2019s shares on the trading day preceding the date of grant. The Options are subject to a three year vesting period under the Plan and the Policy, and are also subject to regulatory approval. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arianne Phosphate <\/strong>(www.arianne-inc.com<\/a>) is developing the Lac \u00e0 Paul phosphate deposits located approximately 200 km north of the Saguenay Lac-Saint-Jean region of Qu\u00e9bec, Canada. These deposits will produce a high quality igneous apatite concentrate grading 39% P2<\/sub>O5<\/sub> with little or no contaminants. The\u00a0 Company has 77 million shares issued.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
