Saguenay, February 3, 2011. <\/strong>The management of Arianne Resources Inc. (the \u201cCompany\u201d) today is pleased to announce the appointment of Marco Gagnon to the board of directors of the Company (subject to regulatory approval).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Gagnon, a graduate in geology from the University of Qu\u00e9bec at Chicoutimi, is a senior mining exploration professional with 20 years experience, mostly with major mining companies. Mr. Gagnon is President and CEO of\u00a0 Adventure Gold Inc. (TSX-V: AGE), a Montreal-based publicly-traded gold mining exploration company. As well,\u00a0 Mr. Gagnon was one of the founders and former President and CEO of Focus Metals Inc., an Ottawa-based mining exploration company also trading on the TSX venture (FMS). He now acts as technical advisor and still sits on the board of Focus Metals. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Gagnon was Vice-President Exploration and Acquisitions with\u00a0 Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d’exploration mini\u00e8re Vior inc., a Quebec-based mining exploration company. He also worked with Inmet\u00a0 Mining Corporation, Barrick Gold, Minnova and Radisson Mining Resources. Mr. Gagnon was President of the\u00a0 Quebec Mining Exploration Association from 2007 to 2009 and still sits on the board of directors.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe appointment of Marco will be a great addition to the Company. His vast experience in both industrials minerals and precious metals will be helpful as we both advance our Lac a Paul project and assess our additional exploration properties.\u201d said Bernard Lapointe, CEO of the Company.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Company also announces the granting of 150,000 options to Mr. Gagnon, priced at $ 0.58 which is subject to acceptance by the regulatory authorities. The Company also would like to thank Mr. Norman Forrest who is vacating his position on the Board to Mr. Gagnon. Mr. Forrest will remain connected with the Company as a consultant.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arianne Resources <\/strong>(www.arianne-inc.com<\/a> ) through its wholly owned subsidiary Canada Phosphate\u00a0 <\/strong>(www.canadaphosphate.com<\/a> ), owns and is developing the Lac \u00e0 Paul phosphate-titanium deposit that produces a\u00a0 superior grade apatite concentrate grading close to 40% P2O5. Arianne Resources also owns several other exploration properties exploring for gold, silver and other metals in Canada and Mexico. The Company currently has 49 M shares issued.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
