SAGUENAY, QU\u00c9BEC - (2 avril 2024) \u2013 Arianne Phosphate (la \u00ab\u202fSoci\u00e9t\u00e9\u202f\u00bb ou \u00ab\u202fArianne\u202f\u00bb) (Bourse de croissance TSX\u202f: DAN) (FRANCFORT\u202f: JE9N) (OTCQX : DRRSF),<\/strong>une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en stade de d\u00e9veloppement du projet de mine de phosphate du Lac \u00e0 Paul, dans la r\u00e9gion du Saguenay\u2014Lac-Saint-Jean, au Qu\u00e9bec, annonce aujourd'hui qu'elle \u00e9mettra 6 080 939 actions ordinaires au prix de 0,3229 $ l'action, au lieu d'un montant en esp\u00e8ces, \u00e0 titre de paiement d'int\u00e9r\u00eat annuel \u00e0 Mercury Financing Corp. (\" Mercury \") au 31 mars 2024.\u202f Dans le cadre de l'entente avec Mercury, Arianne peut, \u00e0 sa seule discr\u00e9tion, payer ses int\u00e9r\u00eats en esp\u00e8ces ou en actions et ce montant en esp\u00e8ces aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9gal \u00e0 1 963 535 $. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a choisi de payer ce montant en actions ordinaires, les titres \u00e9mis \u00e9tant assujettis \u00e0 une p\u00e9riode de d\u00e9tention se terminant le 1er ao\u00fbt 2024. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

De plus, Arianne a \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de n\u00e9gocier un plafond pour le montant qu'elle peut payer afin de racheter une redevance suppl\u00e9mentaire qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place en mars 2021 lorsque la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a prolong\u00e9 sa facilit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9dit avec Mercury pour cinq ans et a abaiss\u00e9 le taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat annuel \u00e0 8 % (voir le communiqu\u00e9 de presse dat\u00e9 du 18 mars 2021). Selon les termes de la prolongation, une redevance suppl\u00e9mentaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place qui augmenterait de 0,25 $\/tonne par an pendant la dur\u00e9e de la facilit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9dit. Ces gisements produiront un concentr\u00e9 d\u2019apatite ign\u00e9e de grande qualit\u00e9 titrant 39\u202f%\u202fP2O5 (\u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9 publi\u00e9e en 2013) et contenant peu ou pas de contaminants.
