Saguenay, April 16, 2010. <\/strong>The management of Arianne Resources Inc ( DAN- V ) announces that the Company\u2019s board of directors cancelled today 1,464,000 stock options previously issued by the Company and granted 1,464,000 new stock options at a price of $0.15. These new options will be valid for 10 years and are subject to the approval of a majority of votes by arm\u2019s length shareholders at the Company\u2019s Annual special meeting of shareholder\u2019s that will take place on June\u00a0 15, since they are priced lower that the cancelled stock options.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
